Building Envelope Repairs

If you have visited the Club in the past week, you are probably wondering what’s happening to exterior of the clubhouse. As part of our annual capital maintenance program, we are repairing:

• brick masonry consisting of repointing cracked and deteriorated mortar joints
and replacement of deteriorated bricks
• stone masonry and repointing
• installation of an Exterior Insulated Finish System (EIFS) over the existing
stucco cladding on the second floor level; and
• precast concrete sills and lintels

The project is expected to be completed on or about March 15th. We look forward to these improvements to our wonderful clubhouse.
