Scope of Work: Work under this contract was to repair the existing stucco system including localized wall and soffit cladding replacement with new EIFS, sealant replacement, weather seal installation and architectural coatings, rebuilding structural steel including new perforated metal soffits  in order to provide a durable watertight building envelope and improve air leakage resistance.
